If you have forgotten your account password, you may reset it either through the Fuel Lock app or Web Dashboard.

Fuel Lock App

1. Open the Fuel Lock app
2. Select “Forgot my password”
3. Enter the email address associated to the account and tap on “Email Link”
4. Check your inbox and set a new password
5. Go back to the login screen and enter your new credentials

Web Dashboard

1. Go to fuellock.ca and click on “Forgot password”
2. Enter the email address associated to the account then click “Email Password Reset Link”
3. Check your inbox and set a new password
4. Go back to the login page and enter your new credentials
