Introduction

The Restore to Default function can be used if you are experiencing software-related issues with your device.

This will restore your Fuel Lock device back to factory-default settings, and then reapply all your user-created settings back onto the device (tanks, employees, equipment IDs, everything you’ve created on the website or app).

Note that this requires access to the ADMIN PIN and the entire process may take 2 – 5 minutes to complete.

Steps

1. Press *, enter the ADMIN PIN and then press # to enter the Admin Menu.
2. Choose 5 – Install Support.
3. Select 2 – Restore to Default.
4. Enter the four confirmation numbers seen on the screen, and press # to accept.
