Not Receiving Usage Reports

If Usage Reports are not being received, please check the following:

  • Check Notification settings to confirm email(s) are entered and spelled correctly
  • Check Spam/Junk Mail/Other folders in email inbox
  • Speak with your IT Administrator (if your organization has one) to see if they have spam filters setup, as the FL Usage Reports are automated and may be considered spam and may need to be configured
  • Confirm the email address has not been unsubscribed
